PPG provides a vast range of flexible packaging products used for packing beverages, retail and wholesale foods, healthcare products, household products, pet food and personal care items.
With our own plastic extrusion and conversion manufacturing plants, along with our extensive range and source of imported products, we are able to supply a comprehensive range of flexible plastic films, printed rewind, converted bags and pouches and tubing at extremely competitive prices.
With our own China based warehouse, sourcing and QA office and our own China based staff, we are able to QA check all of our imports from prior to being packed in the container. This ensures the highest level products only being delivered to you. Our suppliers of food related items are ISO and HACCAP approved and certificates are available on request.
Custom design and print is also available for most of our flexible packaging products.
Pouches
Plain and printed stand-up pouches designed to meet your specific requirements.
Pouches are multi layered and can come in regular side seal or quad seal configuration with a block bottom design.
Barrier films can be used to provide maximum shelf life and deliver your product fresh to the consumer .
Printed Rewind
We supply Form Fill and Seal (FFS) Rewind with various film configurations such as PET, BOPP, PE, LLDPE, CPP and Al. We can also supply the film as mono-layer, co-extruded or laminated with or without High barrier properties.
Printing is state of the art flexo or gravure quality and the film is supported by our Laboratory and Engineering Services to ensure that the productivity of your machines is maximized and waste is reduced.
Plastic Tubing
Continuous plastic tubing comes in roll form on 76mm cores and is made to spec in either HDPE, LDPE, or other specialty substrates if needed.
Tubing can be tinted , perforated or printed and made to meet your requirements.
Plastic Shrink Film
Axpol Bundle Shrink Film is used to unitise items together with or without a cardboard tray. The products are wrapped in shrink film then sent through a shrink tunnel where the pack is sealed economically ready for palletizing.
Axpol Bundle Shrink provides strength, clarity, support for your products.
The specific resin blends of Axpol Bundle Shrink can be printed, vented, or perforated if required
Plastic Bags
We supply carton liners, resealable bags, garbage bags, pallet covers and woven PP bags. Bags can be made to measure with tint, print, perforated on a roll or loose in a carton.
Plastic Sheeting
Comes in various PE ,BOPP or multi-layer substrates and can be printed, centre folded, single wound or perforated sheets on a roll.
These films can also be made to suit machine applications such as horizontal flow-wrapping or vertical form/fill and seal applications.
Other Extruded Plastic Products (HDPE, LDPE, and BOPP)
We supply low density polyethylene (LDPE), high density polyethylene (HDPE), ranging in widths from 100mm wide up to 1245mm with and without a gusset; and a range of thicknesses from 10um through to 200um.
Polymer Additives
We can specify various additives for many applications and help give your pack a trouble free run when in use.
Some of these additives are used to provide – degradability , anti-static, tint, high or low slip, UV treatment, puncture resistance, tensile strength, anti – bacteria, scent, high clarity, and others.
